As a therapist with Superior Center, your main responsibilities would include providing therapy services to children, teens, and adults with ADHD. You will be expected to keep track of notes and ensure they are completed within 24 hours, develop and complete treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, and maintain overall coordination and care for your clients. Additionally, you may be involved in collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for individuals with ADHD.

To work as a therapist at Superior Center, ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of therapy experience. In addition, candidates should possess basic to advanced knowledge of ADHD or a strong willingness to learn about the ADHD population. This combination of experience and willingness to learn will enable therapists to effectively provide quality care and support to children, teens, and adults with ADHD at Superior Center.

Superior Center gets a variety of referrals. Over 90% of our new client referrals are for ADHD. We also get referrals for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. With that being said, our main focus is and  always will be ADHD. 

Superior Center does not and will not ever ask you to sign a no compete clause. We believe no competes are unethical and do not enhance client care. We also started Superior Center to enhance the aspirations of therapists looking to get into private practice. We will not stop you from your business or career goals and will assist you with them as we can. Superior Center simply asks for a 30 written notice when leaving our practice so we can coordinate care of clients staying with us or discharging with you. 

We do ask that our therapists give us one year in good faith before resigning and transferring their clients to their own private practice, however because we do not make you sign a no compete this is not legally enforced.
