April's work is grounded in a humanistic, trauma-informed perspective that emphasizes safety, empowerment, and collaboration. She specializes in supporting individuals facing substance use challenges, navigating neurodivergent identities, and working through the aftermath of trauma creating a safe space for children, teens, and adults to feel seen and understood. In all aspects of her work, April is guided by authenticity, compassion, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to heal.

Brianna Dobbs, LLMSW
Brianna provides compassionate, client-centered care for individuals and families navigating life transitions, substance use concerns, mental health challenges, and neurodivergence. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oakland University. Brianna’s approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on meeting clients where they are. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. Brianna also recognizes the important role relationships, including the human–animal bond, play in healing and overall well-being.

Heather Gillespie, LLMSW
Heather is our Director of Child and Family Services in addition to serving as a child therapist. Heather has a personal passion for child welfare and child development Heather loves working with children ages 6-10 navigating ADHD, managing anxiety/depression, and trauma.
