Raya Lasiewski is a therapist with a strong focus on ADHD and eating disorders, helping clients navigate the unique challenges of these conditions. She also specializes in substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma, offering personalized care tailored to each individual.\
Raya uses evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, often incorporating art to provide a creative outlet for self-expression. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Master of Social Work (MSW), she is also a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS). Raya is dedicated to empowering clients to overcome obstacles and thrive.
Raya accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and Priority Health. Raya also accepts Medicaid through Blue Cross Complete, McLaren, Priority Health, and United Healthcare. Out of pocket rate is $150 per therapy session.
Spencer Popma is a seasoned social worker with a strong focus on ADHD, foster care, and juvenile justice. With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan, Spencer integrates trauma-informed care, client-centered strategies, and humanistic-based approaches to empower individuals and families. Spencer’s extensive experience in child welfare, parent education, and family intervention has uniquely positioned them to support those navigating the complexities of ADHD alongside other challenges. Their work in foster care has been instrumental in developing practical tools that strengthen foster families, enhance parenting skills, and build resilience in at-risk youth. Committed to fostering growth and healing, Spencer strives to create meaningful change for every client they serve.

Antwain is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Western Michigan University, a second bachelor’s degree in nursing from William Jewell College, and a master’s degree in nursing with a concentration focus on Family Medicine from Kaplan University. He is currently pursuing a second master’s degree with a concentration focus as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Antwain is from the Southside of Chicago, where he was born and raised. His foundation for wanting to help and serve others started at a young age. He was raised most of his childhood by a single mother, who sometimes worked three jobs to provide. Observing both of his parents’ compassion, set the tone for his personal and professional drive. Antwain's home life consists of three beautiful children and one furry child. They are the fuel that he needs daily to keep moving forward.
Creating joy and producing growth in others, led Antwain to a career in healthcare. Antwain started his healthcare career over 18 years ago. He has served in many different medical roles within hospitals and outpatient centers. Antwain specializes in Emergency and Family Medicine, thus allowing him to provide quality care to clients with many different types of illnesses. He possesses the critical thinking skills and medical expertise needed to provide high quality healthcare for clients of all ages.
Antwain is private pay only. Antwain charges $300 per hour appointment, $150 per hour per half hour appointment.
