Our practice was envisioned in 2019 and brought to life in 2023 to address the severe lack of ADHD-specialized services. It is our first and main specialty that we focus our energy into education, advocacy, and clinical work. Finding a provider who truly understood ADHD—let alone one who was competent, adaptable, available, and accepted insurance—was nearly impossible. 

We focus on executive functioning, improving productivity, enhancing focus regulation, and, most importantly, helping you unlock your true potential by understanding how your brain works. Our therapists use a variety of interventions and therapy styles, and many of our clients say our approach feels more like coaching than traditional talk therapy—AKA not just sitting on a couch for 45 minutes feeling hopeless.
