Behavioral plans for ADHD give families the structure and direction they need to support a child who is experiencing ongoing or chronic behavioral challenges. A written plan creates clarity around what to do, how to respond, and what strategies should stay consistent. This empowers parents, teachers, doctors, and therapists to work together as one team instead of trying different approaches that may not align or stick. A strong behavioral plan helps reduce confusion, increases predictability for the child, and makes it easier for everyone involved to feel confident about the next steps.
At Superior Center, we develop individualized behavioral plans that are practical, easy to follow, and tailored to your child’s specific needs. You will meet with a clinician — ideally with the child present — to understand the behaviors, triggers, strengths, and goals. From there, we create a one- to two-page written report outlining clear interventions, support strategies, and step-by-step recommendations. This plan can be used at home, at school, and in clinical or medical settings. Your finalized behavioral plan will be delivered within two weeks, giving you and your support team a structured roadmap to help your child grow, stabilize, and thrive.

Our behavioral plans for ADHD are a flat rate of 175, which covers one session. This fee also includes your written report and general recommendations for your next steps.
Our behavioral plans are typically one to two pages in length, and we intentionally keep them simple, clear, and easy to follow. We want parents, teachers, and providers to feel confident using the plan without confusion or overwhelming language. It’s also important to note that behavioral plans are amendable. As your child grows, develops new skills, or experiences changes at home or school, the plan may need to be updated.
We encourage families to revisit and adjust their plans as needed with the support of their current therapist, school team, or on their own. However, if you would like professional assistance in reviewing or updating your plan, we offer formal plan review sessions for $150.
Yes — absolutely. Behavioral plans aren’t limited to ADHD. We create individualized plans for children with a variety of needs, including generalized anxiety disorder, persistent depressive disorder, major depressive disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and other mental health concerns. We also offer behavioral plans for children who do not have a formal diagnosis at all. If your child is experiencing challenging behaviors, emotional struggles, or needs more structure and support, we can help you develop a clear, consistent plan to guide the next steps.
We do not accept insurance for ADHD behavioral plans, so the fee is private pay only. However, we do accept insurance for therapy services, including intake and ongoing sessions.
For therapy, we accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Cigna, Priority Health, and United Healthcare. For Medicaid, we accept Blue Cross Complete, McLaren, Priority Health, and United Healthcare.
Insurance plans are provider-specific, which means certain clinicians can take certain plans.
We can get your evaluation scheduled for you in as little as 7 days in most cases depending on your availability. We are able to provide our behavioral plan sessions both through Telehealth and in-person at our Plymouth office!
