I am a warm and gentle therapist who enjoys helping children, teens, and young adults feel more comfortable with themselves and more confident in their ability to handle everyday challenges. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel safe, supported, and able to learn at their own pace. My goal is to help clients reach a place where they feel proud of their progress and are able to use the skills they have learned outside of therapy.
I primarily work with children and teens, especially those with ADHD, autism, cognitive disabilities, or developmental delays. I also enjoy working with young adults who are attending college, beginning their careers, or adjusting to entering the workforce. When working with children and teens, I take a collaborative approach and involve parents and caregivers so that everyone can work together toward the same goals.

I help clients with emotional regulation, mindfulness, relaxation, coping skills, communication, attention, and other challenges that may affect their functioning at home, at school, or in the community. I especially enjoy helping children better understand their emotions and learn how to respond to them in healthier ways.
I also work with teens and young adults who are managing stress, life transitions, college responsibilities, or the challenges that can come with starting a career or entering the workforce.
I help clients learn skills in a way that feels comfortable, engaging, and appropriate for their age and developmental needs. With children, this may include using toys, games, and purposeful play to help them communicate, practice skills, and better understand their emotions. My goal is for children to begin actively using these skills on their own so that parents do not have to remind them as often as they may have before therapy.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT skill building, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation techniques, emotional regulation work, and therapeutic play. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and strengths-based, with a focus on helping clients recognize what they are already doing well while building skills in the areas where they may need additional support. I also work closely with families to make sure the strategies being used in therapy can be realistically practiced at home and in everyday life.
