I have 10 years of experience working in social work and mental health with people across all stages of life. I believe therapy should give you the space to process whatever you need to process, while also helping you figure out what to do next. My goal is to help you recognize what is already working, build on your natural strengths, develop strategies for the areas where you may feel stuck, and actually do the damn thing so you can finally live the life you have always wanted.
I work with clients of all ages, including children and adults. My primary interests include helping people with ADHD and chronic overthinkers who are ready to take action toward their personal or professional goals. I also love working with people who are navigating toxic family relationships, learning to set boundaries, or making significant changes within their family dynamics. Another important part of my work involves grief and impending grief, including supporting people whose parents, family members, or loved ones have died or are currently dying from a terminal illness.
Please reach us at support@superior-center.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I primarily work with ADHD and executive functioning challenges, including focus, motivation, organization, emotional regulation, and follow-through.
I also help individuals navigate toxic family relationships by setting boundaries and changing unhealthy communication patterns.
In addition, I support clients experiencing grief or anticipatory grief when a loved one has died or is living with a terminal illness.

My ADHD work takes an executive functioning and strengths-based approach. Rather than only focusing on what you struggle with, I want to understand what you are already good at and help you become even better at it. We can then use those strengths to support the areas that may not come as naturally, such as focus, motivation, organization, emotional regulation, task initiation, time management, and follow-through. I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT skill building, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you leave sessions with a clearer understanding of yourself and realistic steps you can begin using in everyday life.
For grief and impending loss specifically, I use a death-positive approach. This means we can talk openly and honestly about death, dying, and grief without avoiding the subject or treating it as something that needs to be made more comfortable for other people (or yourself). Therapy can be a place to prepare, remember, grieve, ask difficult questions, and talk about the things that may feel too heavy to discuss elsewhere, including questions about your own eventual mortality.
