We provide you the evaluation that you need in order to request for your driver's license to be restored through Michigan Secretary of State. We will also arrange for a 12 panel drug screening for you to complete as part of your evaluation process. We do require the drug screening to be completed prior to your first appointment with us. Evaluations may be completed in 1-3 sessions.
This evaluation will cost $350. Expedited/emergency evaluations needing to be completed within 72 hours will cost $500.
We can complete your substance use evaluation at our Plymouth or Troy offices. We can also conduct your evaluation online if we have all items needed for review.
